Whisk together the honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.

Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the glaze over the fish, seal, and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes to let the flavors absorb.
Marinate salmon
18 oz salmon fillets (wild Atlantic, cut into 3 oz portions)

Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon flesh-side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until a golden crust forms. Flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through but still moist in the center.
